30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Vividlygo, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This gives you the opportunity to try the product at home and return it if you are not completely satisfied. Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we make it easy to shop with us.
When Do We Ship The Order?
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within the UK, standard delivery is expected to take 8-12 business days. You can also opt for a courier service taking 5-8 business days, which will incur a surcharge of £9.90. Delivery outside the UK takes 10-13 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping activity.
I Have Not Received An Order Confirmation
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive this email with a confirmation of your order, please check your spam folder. The lack of order confirmation may also be due to an incorrect email address when placing the order. Based on the above possibilities, even if you have not received an order confirmation, the order may still have gone through correctly. Therefore, we recommend contacting us by email or phone before placing a new order, to avoid double billing.
Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at customer-service@vividlygo.com, and we’ll assist you with the return instructions.
Returning Order with A Free Gift
If you return an order that includes a free gift, the free gift must be returned together with the rest of the order. If the order is returned without the free gift, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refunded amount.
Christmas Gifts And Return
All orders are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Purchases made on or after November 20 have an extended return period until January 15, 2027.
I Regret My Purchase-Can I Cancel My Order?
If you regret your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received delivery confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. In this case, you will have to return your order after receipt. If this happens, please contact us at customer-service@vividlygo.com.
When WIll I Get My Money Back After A Return?
Vividlygo will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets our return and cancellation policy conditions.
Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been completed.
Temperature Setting
When using the clothes dryer machine, you can adjust both time and temperature settings. For standard fabrics, you can safely use the maximum temperature. However, for more delicate materials, we recommend lowering the temperature to protect the fabric.
